Eleza TV Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Eleza TV collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to elezatv.tv and to the email correspondence that follows a request made here.

We only collect information you choose to give us through one of our three forms, plus a small amount of technical information that is created automatically when any website is used.

• Contact form: your name, email address, country, subject, message and, if you provide it, an existing subscription or order reference.
• Subscription request form: your name, email address, country, chosen duration, chosen number of connections, device and an optional message.
• Free trial form: your name, email address, country, device, preferred player or app and an optional message.
• Technical information: a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to apply rate limits and to reduce automated spam.

Messages sent through the contact form are used to answer your question and to keep a record of the conversation so that any follow-up makes sense. We do not use contact messages to build a marketing profile.

A subscription request tells our team which plan you are interested in so we can reply with the next steps. The price recorded against your request is always calculated on our server from our published rate table; a price submitted by a browser is never accepted.

This website does not collect card numbers, bank details or any other payment credentials, and no payment is taken through these forms.

A free trial request is used to prepare and send you trial details for the device you told us about. It is handled in the same way as a subscription request.

The country you select on a form is self-reported. We use it to understand which content and which language are relevant to your request. We do not use geolocation to determine your position, and the country field is not verified against your network address.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use cross-site tracking pixels. Any cookie that may be set is strictly necessary for the site to function.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

When you submit a form we send a notification to our support inbox and a confirmation to the email address you provided. Email is transmitted through Google's SMTP service, which processes the message in order to deliver it.

We use the email address you give us to answer your request. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database controlled by us, and a copy of each submission is delivered to our support inbox. Access is limited to the people who handle customer requests.

We keep request records for as long as needed to answer you, to provide the service you asked about, and to meet any record-keeping obligation that applies to us. When a record is no longer needed for either purpose, it is deleted.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form endpoints apply size limits, validation, rate limiting and basic bot protection. IP addresses are hashed before storage so that raw addresses never reach the database. Mail credentials are held in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser.

No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. We do take reasonable and current measures to protect what you send us.

We rely on a small number of providers to run this website: a hosting provider, a PostgreSQL database provider, and Google's SMTP service for email delivery. Each processes data only to the extent needed to provide its service.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation takes place on WhatsApp's platform and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email elezatv.tv@gmail.com from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.

This website is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The revised version is published on this page and applies from the date it appears here.
